Anonymous messaging
Clarification on any line item can be obtained by using the messaging tools. Suppliers
can ask anonymous questions to the buyer, and the buyer can reply accordingly. These
messages and their replies are displayed for all initiative participants for their
review.

Suppliers must answer any inquiries designated as required by a buyer. Any unanswered
required questions will prevent the supplier from submitting their response. This

have been developed to suit any industry and/or initiative type and can be further

Users are able to save customized templates for future use on any initiative. These
templates can originate from the Global Templates, past initiatives and/or be created
from a blank document. By reusing document templates equipped with variables, buyers

All initiatives open to the public are posted within the open opportunities section
which is available for all suppliers to browse for new bid competitions. This allows

‘Alerts’. Users are quickly notified of new competitions, new messages, RFx amendments,
